At Meiji Pharma Spain, S.A. we are committed to transparency in commercial activities involving the transfer of value, both to healthcare professionals and healthcare institutions. A transfer of value is any activity related to payments for attendance to congresses, lectures, and training courses.

To prevent these practices from being misinterpreted, Meiji Pharma Spain, S.A. has adhered to Farmaindustria's Self-Regulatory System, the pharmaceutical industry employers' association, and has voluntarily decided to join the group of companies that provide, in a transparent and public manner, this information on the industry's relations with healthcare professionals, as well as with healthcare organizations.

Meiji Pharma Spain, S.A. also has internal controls (Compliance Committee, internal and external audits) and Ethical Codes of Conduct that oblige all employees in the company to follow the laws determined by the competent national and regional health authorities in this area.

For all of the above, Meiji Pharma Spain, S.A. complies with the highest ethical standards in the head office in Alcalá de Henares and in all promotional activities carried out by the Health Technical Informers.

In compliance with the Pharmaceutical Industry Code of Good Practice, Meiji Pharma Spain, S.A. publishes all transfers of value made since joining Farmaindustria's Self-Regulatory System (21/10/2019).
